1. What HOOD1MILLON is

HOOD1MILLON offers a monthly subscription to a private football analysis and tips community (the "VIP Community"). It includes:

• Access to a private Telegram channel with football analysis and tips.
• Access to the members' app, where you can track your own bets and see the published tips and their history.
• Support by private message.

HOOD1MILLON is not a bookmaker: it does not accept bets, does not handle betting money and does not pay out prizes. What it sells is information and analysis.

2. Who can subscribe

Only people aged 18 or over (or the legal age in your country, if higher) who subscribe voluntarily and at their own responsibility. Whether betting is legal in your country is for you to check.

3. No guarantee of results

Tips are opinions based on data and our own judgement. Football is unpredictable: there are good days and bad days, and no tip is guaranteed.

• This is not financial or investment advice.
• We do not guarantee profits or results.
• What you bet, and how much, is your decision.

4. Price and payment

This is a monthly subscription. The exact price is shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

The subscription renews automatically every month with the same payment method until you cancel.

5. Access

Access starts as soon as the payment is confirmed and lasts while the subscription is paid up.

If a renewal payment fails, access is paused until the payment is updated; as soon as it is paid, access is restored automatically.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time, with no minimum term. After cancelling you will not be charged again and you keep access until the end of the month already paid.

7. Community rules

It is forbidden to:

• Share, copy or forward the community's content to third parties.
• Resell, lend or share your access.
• Disrespect other members or the team.

Breaking these rules may lead to immediate removal without refund.

8. Intellectual property

The analysis, texts, images, videos and the app are the property of HOOD1MILLON. They may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

9. Liability

HOOD1MILLON is not liable for losses arising from your betting decisions, nor for failures of third-party services (Telegram, Stripe, bookmakers, data providers).

10. Changes

We may update the service and these terms. If a change is significant, members will be notified before it applies; continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept it.

11. Responsible gambling

Only bet what you can afford to lose. If gambling is getting out of hand, get help: in the UK, GambleAware or the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133.

12. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. For any question or complaint: hood1millon@gmail.com.
